Description:
This HDK Blood Donor dog tag celebrates voluntary blood donation through a honeycomb pattern symbolising new life.
The front combines a blood drop with the initials HDK, short for Honorowy Dawca Krwi, meaning voluntary blood donor. On the reverse, the Polish flag, a pulse line and “Moja Krew Twoje Życie” — “My Blood, Your Life” — express the idea behind donation.
Made in 925 sterling silver. The pendant fits chains up to 5 mm thick; the chain is sold separately.
The design is based on jewellery created for the SHDK Legion blood donor association.
