The Ring of Honour of the Territorial Defence Forces Command is a visible sign of belonging and exemplary service within the command. It also represents solidarity and cooperation among soldiers serving under a common banner. The ring embodies the inherited and cultivated traditions of the Home Army, as well as unity and commitment to the Territorial Defence Forces.

On Friday, 5 November 2021, a ceremony at the Territorial Defence Forces Command marked the 103rd anniversary of Poland regaining independence. On that significant day, the command's Ring of Honour was presented for the first time. It is the highest recognition awarded to soldiers, employees and people outside the formation who have made an outstanding contribution to the Territorial Defence Forces.

The central motif is the command's commemorative badge on the ring face, referring to the chivalric virtues of honour, pride, courage and valour, and to the Territorial Defence Forces' continuation of Home Army traditions. The left side bears the Territorial Defence Forces eagle; the right features the Polish Fighting Anchor, based on Anna Smoleńska's 1942 design.

Diamonds and rubies around the face symbolise the national colours. On its reverse is the Latin version of the Territorial Defence Forces motto, “Always ready, always close”: SEMPER PARATUS SEMPER PROPE. The ring's sequential number and the recipient's rank or title and name are engraved inside.

The Commander of the Territorial Defence Forces entrusted the creation of the ring to Lieutenant Colonel Artur Sarzyński, a veteran and holder of the Commander's Cross of the Order of the Military Cross. An officer experienced in such projects, he designed the identifying insignia of the command, territorial defence brigades and subordinate institutions, as well as the command's commemorative badge.

“This task was a challenge, an honour and another step in creating a distinctive symbol for the command,” Lieutenant Colonel Sarzyński explained. “I had a vision of the ring from the very first day. While studying in the United States, I was offered the opportunity to purchase a military academy ring. I could not afford several thousand dollars for a platinum ring set with precious stones. Remembering that experience, I wanted our ring to be more than a simple piece of steel or silver. It had to express the character and essence of the formation, while presenting its rich traditions in a contemporary way.”
